1. The sum stated in article 6, section one (b), is provided only insofar as the expenses of the designated political-scientific institute are eligible for subsidy. The subsidy entails the obligation that the agreement provided for in article 3, section one, states that at least the sum provided for the benefit of the political-scientific institute is to be paid by the political party to the political-scientific institute.
2. The sum stated in article 6, section one (c), is provided only insofar as the expenses of the designated political youth organization are eligible for subsidy. The subsidy entails the obligation that the agreement provided for in article 3, section three, states that at least the sum provided for the benefit of the political youth is to be paid by the political party to the political youth organization.
