1. In the event that, following an election of the First or Second Chamber of the Parliament a political party receiving a subsidy is not allocated any seats or is allocated a lower number of seats, Our Minister shall adjust the subsidy granted by virtue of his office as from the first day of the fourth calendar month following the date on which the election took place.
2. For the purposes of section one, the amounts calculated pursuant to article 8 remain unchanged.
