18

1. Donations to a political party of f 10,000, - or more, whose origin is other than that of a natural person, are to be disclosed by the party. The donation is to be disclosed in all cases through a statement in the financial report of the political party. For the purposes of the present section, multiple donations from a single donor which, in combination, amount to f 10,000, - or more in one year will be considered as a single donation.
2. Upon disclosure, the amount of the sum, the date when the donation was made and the name of the donor is to be stated. If the donor has objected to their name being mentioned, this may be omitted, provided that, in such cases, a description is made of the category of institution or organization to which the donor belongs.
3. The financial report of a political party shall state the total amount of donations excluding contributions from the members of the party.
