1. In the event that the present law enters into force prior to the moment when article I, part V, of the Law of 13 November 1997 enters into force, thereby amending those provisions of the Media Act which provide for a revision of the organizational structure of the national public broadcasting service (Bulletin of Acts and Decrees 544), «and groupings» is deleted in article 54, section five, of the Media Act.
2. In the event that the present law enters into force at the same moment as or subsequent to the entry in to force of article I, part V, of the Law of 13 November 1997 amending those provisions of the Media Act which provide a revision of the organizational structure of the national public broadcasting service (Bulletin of Acts and Decrees 544) enters into force, «and groupings» is deleted in article 54, section six, of the Media.
