In section 116 of the Electoral Code the following paragraphs are inserted between paragraph 12 and paragraph 13:
"Upon their act of acceptance, both prevailing and alternate candidates shall undertake to comply with the legal provisions concerning the limitation and control of election expenses and further undertake to declare their election expenses no later than thirty days subsequent to the election date.
The text of this undertaking is to be drawn up by the Minister of the Interior and published in the Moniteur Belge.
