An additional article, article 94a, is inserted into the same Code, as follows:
"Article 94a - The presiding officers of the principal offices shall prepare a report on the electioneering propaganda as incurred by the candidates and the political parties.
In preparing said report, the presiding officers may request any information and any clarification as deemed necessary."
