Chapter CHAPTER II The limitation and control of election expenses for parliamentary and provincial elections

An additional article, article 94b, is inserted into the same Code, as follows:
Article 94b - The reports are to be prepared, each having four copies, within sixty days following the date of the elections. Two copies are to be retained by the presiding officer of the principal office and the remaining two copies are to be sent to the Chairs of the ¬Supervisory Committee. The report is to be prepared using special forms as provided by the Minister of the Interior.
As from the sixtieth day following the election, a copy of the report is to be posted for a period of fifteen days in the court of first instance or justice of peace where, upon presentation of their convocation to vote, it may be accessed by all registered voters in the respective electoral district¬.
Reports and comments made by candidates and registered voters are then transmitted¬ by the Chairs of the Supervisory Committee."
