13 In the event of any breach occurring of the prohibitions laid down in Article 5 or in the event that the maximum authorized amount, as laid down in Article 2, § 1 is exceeded, the political party concerned shall forfeit the right to allocation as provided for in Article 15, for the subsequent four quarters. |
