§ 1. Any person who incurs expenses or commitments for electioneering propaganda without notifying the presiding officer of the relevant principal office will be made subject to the penalties provided for in Article 181 of the Electoral Code. The same penalties shall be imposed where the maximum amounts stipulated in Article 2, § 2 and § 3 are exceeded.
§2. Any breach of the Criminal Code committed in connection with the application of the present Law is liable to prosecution upon complaint by the Supervisory Board¬.
