The Chamber of Representatives and the Senate, each for its part, shall, for each political party as is represented in the two Assemblies by at least one directly elected parliamentarian, allocate an endowment to the institution defined in Article 22. The amount of said endowment is determined and allocated in accordance with the ¬following articles.
