The total annual endowment allocated to each political party as is in fulfilment of the conditions of Article 15 is composed of the following amounts:
1. a lump sum of three million francs;
2. an additional ten francs per valid vote, whether a list vote or named vote, issued on candidate lists recognised by the political party at the previous legislative elections¬ held to select a new Chamber of Representatives and Senate.
