Each political party as fulfils the conditions laid down in Article 15 shall designate the institution, constituted as a non-profit organization, to receive the endowment allocated under Chapter III.
By decree deliberated in the Council of Ministers, the King will approve an institution per political party and establish the procedures governing registration and closure of the accounts and revenues of the institution,
