The report referred to in Article 23 shall be sent within ninety days of the closure of the accounts to the Finance Minister and to the Presidents of the Chamber of Representatives and the Senate,
The Presidents of the Chamber of Representatives and of the Senate shall transmit the financial report, without delay, to the Financial Supervisory Committee.
The Supervisory Committee shall formulate its observations¬ and approve the financial report within sixty days of receiving it.
The procedure, as well as the means of supervision and the hearing of interested parties, is to be determined by the internal rules¬ of the Supervisory Committee. This regulation is published in Moniteur Belge.
The summary financial report, the observations and the act of approval are to be transmitted, without delay, by the Presidents of the Chamber of Chamber of Representatives¬ and of the Senate to the Minister of Finance and to the services¬ of the Moniteur Belge, which shall publish them in the Annexes to Moniteur Belge within thirty days of receiving it.
