§ 1. Article 71, § 1 (4 - i) of the Income Tax Code, inserted by the Law of 1 August 1985, is supplemented by the following provision: "On an annual basis, the institution concerned shall submit to the office of the court of first instance of the district where the institution has established its registered office, and for the purposes of consultation, a document stating the total amount of donations received."
§ 2. In Article 71, § 2 (4) of the same Code, as amended by the Law of 2 July 1981 and by the Law of August 1985, the words "two million" are replaced by¬ the words "three hundred and fifty thousand."
