Chapter TITLE III PROVISIONS RELATING TO POLITICAL PARTIES AND GROUPS AND THEIR FINANCING

Political parties and groups may be established and may exercise their activities freely. They enjoy a legal personality.
They have legal standing.
They have the right to acquire, free of charge or for a fee, movable or immovable property: they are may undertake all such acts as are consistent with pursuit of their objectives and, especially, may establish and manage newspapers and training institutes in accordance with prevailing legislation.
