I. - In the second paragraph of Article L. 28 of the Electoral Code, immediately after the words: "Every voter", the following words are to be inserted: ", every candidate and political party or group¬".
II. Article 32 of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data and civil liberties is hereby repealed.
