At the end of the final paragraph (5) of article 168 of Law 66-537 of 24 July 1966 on commercial companies¬, where it reads: "list of sponsorship and patronage actions", it is amended to read: "list of sponsorship and corporate philanthropy actions and of donations governed by the conditions laid down in article L.O. 163-3 of the code électoral (Electoral Code)".
