A party which participated in the most recent parliamentary election is entitled to a grant for the party's political work in this country. The grant amounts to DKK 5 per year for each vote the party received at the election (see, however, Subsection 3).
Subsection 2. A candidate who stood as an independent candidate at the most recent parliamentary election is entitled to a grant for their political work in this country. The grant amounts to DKK 5 per year for each vote the candidate received at the election (see, however, Subsection 3).
Subsection 3. No grants shall be awarded to parties and independent candidates who received fewer than 1,000 votes at the election.
