A list of candidates which participated in the most recent municipal election is entitled to a grant for the list of candidates' political work in the municipality. The grant amounts to DKK 3 (in the Municipalities of Copenhagen and Frederiksberg DKK 5) per year for each vote the list of candidates received at the election (see, however, Subsections 2 and 3).
Subsection 2. No grants shall be awarded to lists of candidates which received fewer than 100 votes (in the Municipality of Copenhagen 500 votes) at the election (see, however, Subsection 3).
Subsection 3. Lists of candidates which, pursuant to the Local and Regional Government Elections Act, were part of a coalition list shall be awarded grants regardless of the provision in Subsection 2, provided the coalition list received 100 votes (in the Municipality of Copenhagen 500 votes) or more.
