Parties and independent candidates who wish to receive grants under Section 2 must submit an application for this to the Minister for the Interior and Health, who will decide whether the conditions for awarding grants have been met.
Subsection 2. Applications for grants must be submitted by and grants must be awarded to the party's national organisation or the independent candidate.
