The grant must be deposited in a separate bank, savings bank or giro account which may not be used for other purposes.
Subsection 2. Each year before 1 March the grant recipient must submit a declaration to the Minister for the Interior and Health that the grant for the preceding calendar year was used for political work in this country and that it is intended that this be continued. If a satisfactory declaration is not submitted, the Minister for the Interior and Health may decide that future payments of grants shall be suspended or shall cease.
