Applications for grants must be submitted no later than two months after a county council election has been held. Grants are awarded with effect for the county council's term of office (see, however, Section 10, Subsection 2).
Subsection 2. Grants are paid once a year before 1 April in the year to which the grant relates (see, however, Section 10, Subsection 2).
