Lists of candidates which wish to receive grants under Section 4 must submit an application for this to the municipal council, which will decide whether the conditions for awarding grants have been met.
Subsection 2. The provisions in Section 8, Subsections 2 and 3, and Sections 9 and 10 will apply according to grants under Section 4.
