The Ministry for the Interior and Health shall set up a party funding board comprising a chairman, a deputy chairman and four other members. The chairman and deputy chairman and their alternates shall be appointed by the Minister for the Interior and Health. Of the board's four other members, one shall be nominated by the Association of County Councils in Denmark, two by Local Government Denmark and one jointly by the Municipalities of Copenhagen and Frederiksberg. The associations and municipalities shall also nominate an alternate for each of the four members. The appointments and nominations are valid for four years.
Subsection 4. Decisions made pursuant to Section 8, Section 10, Subsection 2, and Section 11 may be referred to the board. Decisions of the board cannot be referred to any other administrative authority.
