Support referenced under this Act is calculated per calendar year. The conditions that exist when the calculations are made determine the total amount of the financial support, unless otherwise stated in this Act.
If calculations for determining financial support produce sums containing fractions, these sums are rounded to whole numbers in the customary manner.
