4

1.Donations of a monetary nature granted by legal persons shall not ¬exceed the sum of 1,000 national monthly minimum salaries, whereas it shall be mandatory to provide indication of their origins.
2.The allocation of the donations referred to in the preceding paragraph is to be preceded by a determination, made in writing, of the competent governing body and its limit for each donor is 100 national minimum salaries.
3.Donations of a monetary nature granted by individuals are subject to limits of 30 minimum monthly salaries per donor; such donations are to be made by cheque when their value exceeds 10 national minimum monthly salaries and may be exercised as an anonymous donation up to this limit.
4.Anonymous donations shall not exceed, on an annual basis, 500 national minimum monthly salaries.
