1.The statutes of political parties shall establish bodies and systems providing oversight and internal control of the party's economic/financial activity, to ensure compliance with the present law.
2.The leaderships of the decentralized structures of political parties are obliged to provide regular information on their accounts to the national leadership and shall abide by their instructions, for the purposes of compliance with the present law, on penalty of being held responsible for any damages caused.
