1.Revenues from election campaigns are to be held in a separate account.
2. Financing of election campaign activities by means other than the following is prohibited:
a)State grant;
b)Contributions from political parties;
c) Contributions from natural and legal persons, except those as referred to in article 5.
d) Product of electoral campaign activity.
3.Contributions from political parties are to be certified by documents issued by the competent bodies, identifying those providing them.
4.The revenue generated by election campaign acts are to be detailed with reference to the activity.
