1.Preparation and submission of election campaign accounts is incumbent upon candidates for the Presidente da República (President of the Republic), political parties, coalitions or first proponent of each group of citizen voters, as is the case.
2.Paragraph 2 of article 11, applies, mutatis mutandis, to the accounts of electoral campaigns.
