1.Within a period not exceeding 90 days following the date of the official proclamation of results, each candidate shall submit detailed accounts of their election campaign to the Comissão Nacional de Eleições (National Elections Commission).
2.As regards local authority elections, each party or coalition, where competing to various authorities, shall submit detailed accounts as if referring to a single national candidacy, being likewise subject to the regime laid down in preceding article.
3.Expenditure incurred as a result of candidacies and election campaigns of electoral coalitions that compete in elections to the local authorities of one or more municipality may be entered in global accounts to be submitted by the parties that comprise such coalitions or by the national coalitions in which they are included, according to the proportion of their candidates.
