1.The Comissão Nacional de Eleições (National Elections Commission) shall assess the legality of expenditure and revenues and the correctness of the accounts within a period not exceeding 90 days, and shall publish its assessment in the Diário da República (Official Journal).
2.In the event that the Comissão Nacional de Eleições (National Elections Commission) finds any irregularity in the accounts, it shall give the candidacy concerned notice that it shall submit new, properly compliant accounts within a period not exceeding 15 days.
