24

1.Candidates or first proponents of groups of citizen voters failing to detail the revenues and expenditure of election campaigns or failing to provide proper supporting evidence thereof shall be punished with a fine the minimum amount of which is one national minimum monthly salary and the maximum amount of which is 10 national minimum monthly salaries.
2.Political parties committing the offense set out in paragraph 1 shall be punished with a fine the minimum amount of which is 3 national minimum monthly salaries and the maximum amount of which is 80 national minimum monthly salaries.
