25

1.Candidates or first proponents of groups of citizen voters failing to submit electoral accounts under the terms of article 20 and of paragraph 2 of article 21 shall be punished with a fine the minimum amount of which is 1 national minimum monthly salary and the maximum amount of which is 10 national minimum monthly salaries.
2.Political parties committing the offense set out in paragraph 1 shall be punished with a fine the minimum amount of which is 3 national minimum monthly salaries and the maximum amount of which is 80 national minimum monthly salaries.
3.Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, failure by a political party to submit accounts determines, until their proper presentation, suspension of the payment of the state subsidy to which the political party concerned is entitled.
