The amount of the grant is established as follows:

1. For the purpose of elections to the Chambre des Députés (Chamber of Deputies)
a) a fixed sum of: LUF 2 million for parties or groups represented by 1 to 4 deputies - LUF 4 million for parties or groups represented by 5 to 7 deputies, LUF 6 million for parties or groups represented by 8 to 11 deputies, LUF 8 million for parties or groups represented by 12 or more deputies;
b) an additional LUF 400,000 per elected deputy.

2. For the purpose of elections to the European Parliament) a lump sum of: LUF 500,000 for parties or groups achieving at least 5% of votes cast nationally; LUF 1 million for parties or groups obtaining at least 10% of votes cast nationally; LUF 1.5 million for parties or groups obtaining at least 15% of votes cast nationally; LUF 2 million for parties or groups obtaining at least 20% of votes cast nationally; LUF 3 million for parties or groups obtaining at least 25% of votes cast nationally; b) an additional LUF 500,000 per elected Member of the European Parliament.
