1.A right to collect and receive endowments and donations within the period of a political campaign is only granted to parties, candidates, aspirant candidates, initiators of referendums or their representatives, managing funds of a political campaign. The main donations to a party shall be accumulated in the account of a party and donations to candidates, aspirant candidates and initiators of referendums only in specialized bank accounts. It is prohibited to accumulate and keep donations of more than LTL 1000 in cash.
2.Endowments and donations intended for a political campaign shall be registered in the Sheets of Endowments.
