1.Candidates, aspirant candidates, initiators of referendums or their representatives for managing funds of a political campaign within the period of a political campaign are liable to register all the received donations and endowments under the stipulated order of the accounting as well as provide their amounts, names and addresses of the donors having donated more than LTL 100.
2.Parties participating in a political campaign shall register all the received donations, endowments as well as other legally acquired funds under the above mentioned order.
3.Lesser donations than LTL 100 and anonymous donations as well as endowments shall be registered in the Sheets of Endowments in case such acceptance is not limited by this or other laws.
