1.It is prohibited to accept donations of more than LTL 100 and endowments valuing more than LTL 100 in case donors do not agree to announce their names and the donated amounts. In case such donates are received anyhow, such donates shall be transferred to the national budget.
2.It is prohibited to accept donations and endowments form national and municipality organizations and institutions as well as public enterprises or municipality enterprises as well as other enterprises in case more than 50 % of shares belong to the State or municipality.
3.It is prohibited to accept donations and endowments within the period of a political campaign from other legal and natural persons of other States, except the citizens of the Republic of Lithuania and individuals of the Lithuanian origin as well as branches of a party of the Republic of Lithuania or public and/or political organization, established in the Lithuanians residing locations (communities).
4.It is prohibited to accept donations and endowments in case the amount of accumulated funds or amount of spent funds for a political campaign exceeds the amounts provided by the laws.
