1.Parties, candidates, aspirant candidates, initiators of referendums or their representatives, managing funds for political campaign shall register all the expenditures of a political campaign incurred within a period of such campaign under the accounting order.
2.In case parties, candidates, aspirant candidates and initiators of referendums had accumulated more funds than were used for covering expenditures incurred within a political campaign, such funds shall be dedicated only for financing political activity.
