Title Article 8. Reports of financing political campaign

1.Parties, candidates, aspirant candidates, non-registered candidates as well as initiators of referendums shall provide the Supreme Electoral Commission with initial reports of the received donations and other funds as well as endowments and their application fields prior 10 days of a voting day.
2.Parties, candidates, aspirant candidates, non-registered candidates as well as initiators of referendums shall provide the Supreme Electoral Commission with final reports of the received donations and other funds as well as endowments and their application fields within 25 days after elections had completed or results of a referendum had been announced.
3.Reports should include all the incomes and expenditures of a political campaign. All the documents confirming incomes and expenditures as well as accounting registers shall be provided together with a report. Anonymous donations and endowments shall be provided as well.
4.Every citizen of the Republic of Lithuania shall have an access to such reports.
5.The form of a report is stipulated by the Supreme Electoral Commission.
