(1) Every year not later than by 1 March a political organisation (party) shall submit an annual declaration signed by the leader of the respective political organisation (party) to the Ministry of Justice and State Revenue Service.

(2) The annual declaration shall contain the following data about the previous calendar year:
1) financial resources received as membership fee and joining fee;
2) financial resources received as gifts (donations), indicating all givers (donators);
3) financial resources obtained from business activities of the political organisation (party);
4) financial resources obtained from other economic activities of the political organisation (party);
5) bank loans obtained by the political organisation (party), indicating all banks, amounts of loans provided, loan terms and interests;
6) movable and immovable assets received as gifts (donations), if their value exceeds 1.000 lats, indicating the giver (donator) of each asset and its value;
7) purchased immovable assets, vehicles and other property, if their value exceeds 1.000 lats, indicating the seller of all immovable assets, vehicles or other assets and the amount indicated in the purchase agreement;
8) other expenses if their amount exceeds 1000 lats.

(3) One copy of the annual declaration shall be kept in the Ministry of Justice, the second copy - in the State Revenue Service, and the third copy - in the record department of the respective political organisation (party).
