(1) If a political organisation (party) fails to submit the annual declaration within the time frame specified in Article 8 herein or fails to provide the data required by this law, the Minister of Justice shall notify the leader of the respective political organisation (party) in writing within two weeks.
(2) If the political organisation (party) fails to submit the annual declaration within one month upon sending of the notice, the Minister of Justice shall propose to suspend the activities of the respective political organisation (party) in a judicial proceeding within two weeks according to the procedure established by the law.
