(1) At least once a year financial and economic activities of each political organisation (party) shall be audited by an independent auditing company; its statement about financial and economic activities of the respective political organisation (party) shall be attached to the annual financial declaration to be submitted to the State Revenue Service.
(2) The audit provided for in Paragraph one of this Article shall be financed from the funds of the relevant political organisation (party).
