The political parties and parliamentary groups who wish to obtain the contributions provided for by this law are required to indicate in their statutes and regulations the individuals who, having legal representation, are authorized to collect contributions.
For the first application of this law, the political secretaries of the parties and the presidents of the parliamentary groups shall indicate, in their request, the natural persons authorized to collect the contributions.
