The total charge, estimated to be a maximum of 45,000 million of Italian Lire in the financial year of 1974, shall be paid through an equivalent reduction in chapter 3523 of the budget of the State's budget estimates.
The Treasury Minister is authorized to ensure, by means of its own decree, the necessary changes in the financial statements.
