5 Local authorities with over 500 inhabitants must, whilst other authorities are allowed to, contribute funds to the activities of political organisations, that have at least one person elected to the local council or who received at least 5% of votes in the previous local election. The local authority makes a decision on such contributions at the same time as budget approval. The amount shall be allocated in proportion to the number of votes. |
