1. The State provides financial support to political parties participating in the selection of National Parliament members, regarding operating and electoral expenses.
2. This support is provided for each parliamentary period and for each year separately. The total amount paid each year for this purpose is one thousandth (0.001) of the total amount of regular income of the state budget for the respective year. For the estimation of the financial support and its payment to eligible parties, each period begins from the year after the general parliamentary elections and is completed in the year when the following elections are performed to select the new Parliament.
3. The required credits for this purpose are included each year in the budget of the Ministry of Interior.
