1.Regular compilation of the account record and its timely publication are confirmed by the President of the Parliament, further to its auditing. 2.The account record is to be audited by the standing committee constituted by members of the parties represented in the Parliament, according to their parliamentary position, having as president the President of the Parliament or one of its Vice Presidents. The committee's secretary is a Parliament employee. This committee is convened by decision of the President of the Parliament. Parliament members are determined by the parties' leaders or the head of their parliamentary group. 3.The account record is to be audited within three months subsequent to its publication. An audit report is compiled by the standing committee submitted to the President of the Parliament and the Minister of Interior within the same deadline. 4.a. Any financial support granted to political parties by the bodies of the public sector determined in par. 6 article 1 of L. 1256/1982 (Government Gazette A 65) is prohibited, as is support from any company in which public sector bodies and local administration organizations have participation, regardless of the percentage of such participation. b. Entities in breach of the above prohibition are to be punished with imprisonment, also reserving special provisions of the criminal code and the accounting and cash management of bodies determined in the previous section. 5.In the event of a breach of the provisions of paragraph 3, article 4, par. 4 of the present article and of article 6, or in the event that the account record is improperly compiled, state support is suspended for one year. This sanction is enforced by decision of the President of the Parliament, notified to the respective party and the Minister of Interior for its execution.
