1. In 1984, the amount to be allocated is determined as five hundred million (500,000,000) drachmas.
The deadline of paragraph 3, article 3 is determined as three months following the publication of the present law in the Government Gazette.
2. The obligations of political parties, as determined in paragraphs 1 and 3 of article 4, are to be enforced as from January 1st 1985 and January 1st 1986 respectively.
