1. The revision of the 1984 election catalogues and in particular the finalization of the amendments provided for in article 14 of P.D. 164/1984 (Government Gazette 55/3-5-84 issue A), that is, applications for transcription, correction or replacement of electoral registration data, the deadline stipulated in the last section of paragraph 2, article 18 of the same P.D. 154/1984 for the issue of the decisions of the Courts of First Instance, is determined from June 18th until July 31st 1984.
2. The deadline stipulated in paragraph 2, article 19 of the same P.D. 164/1984, applying to the submission of annexes to sanctioned election catalogues to the Ministry of Interior, as regards the amendments of the previous paragraph, is determined as 16th August 1984.
3. The electors referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, who shall receive the electing books containing their registration in the electing catalogues, as submitted by the prefectural offices of the electing catalogues, in order to exercise their election rights at the June 1984 European Parliament elections, should return them to the same prefectural offices no later than 5th July 1984. In the event that the electors fail to return the election books prior to this deadline, which is considered exclusive, their registration is, de jure, considered invalid, according to section f, article 16 of P.D. 164/1984 and the respective status of transcription, correction or replacement of the elector's data and his/her registration as existing prior to the application for transcription, correction or replacement shall remain in force. Electing catalogues prefectural offices shall submit the electing books to the President of the pertinent Court of First Instance, no later than 10th July 1984, which catalogues are to be returned to them, in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph.
