Paragraph 5, article 37 of the legislation governing the election of parliament members (P.D. 164/30-04-1984 - Government Gazette 55/03-05-1984, issue A) is amended to read as follows:
"5. Use of the following in the name, emblem or branding of a party is prohibited:
a. a symbol of religious worship, the national flag or other similar symbol or point of particular reverence;
b. the crown;
c. symbols or emblems of the dictatorship regime of 21st April 1967 or photographs of individuals convicted for their participation therein.
